
Led the full rebrand of Oliver Law Group to Oliver Bell Group, developing a new name, logo, business cards, letterhead, and a cohesive brand message. Redesigned the website for both desktop and mobile, improving usability and clarity. The homepage featured rotating banners to spotlight key ongoing legal cases. To support user navigation and reinforce brand identity, I also created a custom icon set representing each area of legal practice.

Ensured consistent client communication and satisfaction from intake through case management to settlement. Implemented a comprehensive review system to enhance client feedback and visibility, including custom-designed mailers and strategically placed QR codes in waiting areas and meeting spaces.
